Regards,

Trent Falldien

H.B. Commerce, J.D. Law

Thank you for taking the time to visit falldienlaw.ca.  The Falldien Law Office provides legal advice and representation to clients in the City of Greater Sudbury, ON, Canada.

Currently there is only one lawyer at the office, and that would be me (Trent).  I operate a general practice caseload with the assistance of a full-time support staff (Shelly). The services provided by this office cover a broad range of practice areas, including: real estate law, corporate services, collections, constitutional law, wills, estates, family law, appeal litigation, and occasionally criminal law.

I have established the Falldien Law Office as a firm of purpose, courage, and fairness.

Purpose

Practicing law is a privilege.  A lawyer has an opportunity to address various social problems.  The Falldien Law Office will use the Canadian Constitution and the practice of law to make a difference.  Also, this office undertakes to provide training and assistance for self-represented individuals to try and make a difference as well.

Courage

The justice system can be intimidating.  This office delivers experience that understands where you're coming from.  For this reason the office will not be intimidated while representing clients.  Due to the growing power imbalance in our administration of justice, this office undertakes to challenge abuses of power to the fullest extent, and to provide training and assistance for self-represented individuals to do the same.

Fairness

Being fair and reasonable is a key success factor to resolving any legal dispute.  As your situation progresses please stay firm but also fair in your expectations for a successful outcome.

I look forward to building the Falldien Law Office as an office of purpose, courage, and fairness.  It will be a privilege to represent clients in Sudbury and to assist the public with training and guidance for self-representation.
